International Arbitral Advisory Committee

This Committee has the function to advise the Centre on any matter relating to international commercial arbitration and to recommend to the Centre persons, who in its opinion, are qualified to carry out the duties and functions of arbitrators in international commercial arbitrations. It also recommends the appointment of panels of arbitrators for international commercial arbitration on matters such as international trade, commerce, insurance, investment and the maritime sector.

The International Arbitral Advisory Committee is headed by the Chairman of the Malta Arbitration Centre, Dr George Hyzler LL.D. Dip. ICEI (Amst), and is composed of the following eminent personalities:
